DRAGO Property Management is a holiday rental property management company. We help you in the rental of your property on platforms like Airbnb, Booking, Homeaway, among others. We manage the processes of check-in and check-out, cleaning, communications, price, profile optimization and maintenance.
Anyone who intends to rent their property on a short-term basis. Our clients are owners who for reasons of lack of time, location, efficiency or ignorance of the operation of rental platforms, prefer that we take care of the tasks related to their properties.

We will also update the night rate depending on different variables, so the price won't be too low on the day of your local annual event or too high a weekday. We are available for any need of your guests during their stay and we make sure your property is in perfect condition for the following booking. All this will allow you to be a 5 star host by increasing your income and being able to enjoy your time.
Us! The check-in service includes key in hand delivery at your home. In addition, we provide city information, house information and details that may occur to us. The check-out service is produced along with the cleaning service. We verify that everything is in order and in its place and we inform of any circumstances that can be produced.
Only DRAGO's staff and their certified authorized partners will be able to access the keys.
Your safety is the most important thing for us. Guests are selected and monitored following specific safety protocols. However, the rental platforms of your property have an insurance in case of damages, in addition to the bond deposited in each reservation.
Offering you peace of mind over the management of your property is our goal. In case of urgency, we will contact you to manage any incident that may occur and we will contact the adequate professional to solve it. The costs incurred by the maintenance work will be invoiced separately.
We only charge if you get paid. As long as a reservation is made, we charge 25% of the gross income of each reservation.
